We want to ensure that Senior Night is a memorable and enjoyable experience for both your senior athlete and your family. To help you prepare for this special occasion, here are some important details and guidelines:
1. Arrival Time: Senior families should arrive at the South Endzone at 6:15 p.m. to prepare for the ceremony. It's important to be on time for a smooth and well-organized event. The Royelles will eat dinner at 5:00 p.m.
2. Ceremony: The evening will include a ceremony where each senior will be individually recognized for their contributions to the team. A brief speech or message will be shared about your seniors as they walk onto the field. They have a Google Form to fill out by next Tuesday with their speech information.
3. Family Attendance: We encourage families to attend this event to show their support and appreciation for our senior athletes. Please arrive early to secure your seats.
4. Photography and Videography: Bring your cameras and smartphones to capture this special moment. You are welcome to take photographs and videos during the ceremony.
5. Special Accommodations: If any family member requires special accommodations, please let us know in advance so that we can make the necessary arrangements to ensure everyone's comfort.
